Kristen Chang is the MD, Human Capital at LLR Partners and a member of the firm’s Value Creation Team. Kristen joined LLR in 2011 as the Fund was creating an operational team to support portfolio growth needs. At LLR Partners, Kristen works with the investment teams, portfolio company leadership teams and Boards of Directors to champion HR initiatives and Talent projects that drive growth. Kristen’s team manages projects that include Executive Search, Board Recruitment, Management and Organizational Diligence, Compensation Benchmarking, HR operational best practices, and DEI strategy.
Kristen has held senior HR positions both in start-up and large company environments and spent over a decade in retained search. Before joining LLR, she managed Corporate Talent Acquisition at ARAMARK that included Executive Hiring globally for the enterprise. Previously, Kristen was a Consultant at Heidrick & Struggles and Korn/Ferry International where she managed executive level searches for public, private and start-up businesses, spanning multiple industries. Kristen started her career at a start-up software company, MicroStrategy, and helped scale the global organization leading to an IPO.
Kristen lives in the suburbs of Philadelphia with her family and when not watching her kids’ soccer games, she tries to improve her golf game.
Kristen graduated from George Mason University with a B.A.in English.
