Ms. Disha Mehta is a senior member of Houlihan Lokey’s Business Services Group with a focus on Environmental Impact and Facility Services sectors. Ms. Mehta Co-heads the Facility Services practice at Houlihan Lokey and has over 14 years of investment banking experience advising companies on transactions including mergers and acquisitions, strategic alternatives advisory, management buyouts, special situations advisory, valuation work, and capital raises. Over the last decade, Disha has developed a passion for and an expertise in the broader environmental, facility and residential services sector. Disha is also a senior member of the DEI committee at Houlihan Lokey and a leader of the APIC committee. Ms. Mehta holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Mumbai and an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. She lives in Hoboken NJ with her husband and two daughters.
