Cori Aleardi is the Founding Partner of Elevate Beauty, a platform created in partnership with L Catterton dedicated to investing in highly differentiated, early-stage beauty brands.  Elevate Beauty seeks to partner with founders and management teams of brands that have strong emotional connectivity with consumers. Utilizing deep category expertise, Elevate Beauty designs and executes bespoke value creation plans based on the unique characteristics of its partner companies to achieve meaningful and sustainable growth.  Current investments include:  DIBS Beauty, Eighth Day and Irene Forte Skincare.  

Cori’s 20+ year career spans private equity, brand management and executive leadership roles.  Prior to founding Elevate Beauty, she was President of StriVectin, the leading independent, clinically-backed skincare business in North America which was acquired by Crown Laboratories where she served as Chief Commercial Officer.   Her previous investing experiences include L Catterton, Parthenon Capital and The Beacon Group.  Cori also worked in brand management at Kraft Foods and began her career at J.P. Morgan.    

Cori received her AB from Harvard College and attended Harvard Business School where she earned her MBA with high distinction.
