Jignasha Amin Grooms has more than 23 years of diverse enterprise technology and business experience that includes C-suite roles with innovative Software/SaaS companies, as well as leadership roles with global tech companies ranging from hardware and semiconductors to connectivity. Jignasha specializes in developing and executing strategies that drive optimization of human capital and business processes to help companies grow while effectively managing risk. 

Most recently, Jignasha was Executive Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer at CS DISCO, a legal tech SW company, and Epicor, a PE-owned (KKR/CD&R) cloud ERP SW provider. In addition to her corporate HR responsibilities, Jignasha led Epicor’s transformation from an on-premise software provider to an enterprise SaaS company. Jignasha’s specific focus was to build and deliver a best in class talent strategy, with an emphasis on culture, business process improvement and global compliance. Additionally, she held regular updates with the Board of Directors on strategic initiatives, all compensation related matters and ESG; and, had multiple functions under her preview including HR, Legal, Globalization, CSR/ESG, Real Estate/Facilities and Acquisition Assessment/Integration.

From August 2008 to November 2016 Jignasha served in various HR leadership roles for Cisco Systems. During this time, she partnered with senior leaders across the company to establish a shared services talent acquisition model which is still leveraged globally, establish global customer service centers to support Cisco customers on a 24/7 basis, and establish and spin off a joint venture specific to big data with partners, improving Cisco’s internal talent operations and its ability to understand, engage, sell to, and support its customers. In her last role at Cisco, Jignasha led a significant workforce strategy/org design/succession process across Americas Sales, ensuring a focused approach to the company’s largest revenue stream.

From August 2000 to July 2008, Jignasha served in various leadership roles at both Dell and NPX (then known as Freescale Semiconductors). Jignasha led the delivery of numerous innovative projects that drove business efficiency and cost optimization. Additionally, she secured her Six Sigma Green Belt and successfully transitioned from Sales Operations (where she was managing a large team and a $2.2B P&L) to HR. 

Earlier in her career, Jignasha worked in the legal field and has experience in both human rights/immigration law and civil litigation. Jignasha has worked, lived and studied on three different continents and is passionate about creating a higher standard of living for all people. She earned her B.A. from Emory University and her J.D. from University of Miami – School of Law. Jignasha resides in Austin, Texas.
