Tara Gadgil is a Partner on the Flagship team at Thoma Bravo. Based in Miami, she joined the firm in 2016 as a Vice President, and today focuses on the firm’s application software practice. Before joining Thoma Bravo, Tara served as a Vice President at Berkshire Partners. Previously, she served as an Associate at TPG Growth and an Analyst at Goldman Sachs. Tara was named to Wall Street Journal PRO Private Equity's "Women to Watch" list in 2021 and to Buyouts’ "Women in PE" list in 2019. She holds an MBA from Stanford University and an AB degree in Government and Economics from Harvard University.
