Lori Gleeman is the Founder & CEO of Soul Equity Solutions, an Executive Search firm focused exclusively on recruiting executive talent for middle-market Private Equity firms.

Soul Equity specializes in highly targeted, consultative searches for private equity investment teams, operating partners, business development roles, investor relations, talent acquisition and value creation teams.  She also works with Portfolio companies on targeted C-Suite hires. Soul Equity provides the highest level of bespoke, personalized service to their clients and candidates.

For over 15 years, Lori has provided innovative talent acquisition solutions across industries. Prior to founding Soul Equity, Lori was Principal Executive Recruiter at BSG, a Private Equity focused retained search firm. Previously, Lori was Managing Director with Empire Search Partners, a legal search firm. Lori founded the retained search firm Gleeman Associates in 2008, placing Executive Search talent within the retained search industry. Lori began her recruiting career as Managing Director at Atrium Staffing, where she managed the permanent placement division.

Lori lives in New York City and is a proud mom of twin teenage boys and her Goldendoodle Dixie. She loves to cook and entertain and enjoys skiing and yoga. Lori graduated with honors from the University of Vermont. She serves on the Women of Leadership, and DEI committees for ACG-NY. She is Board Director for Doorstep Donations, a non-profit run by high school students with a focus on addressing food insecurity.
