Jennifer relishes opportunities to use technology to solve business problems and deliver tangible top- and bottom-line impact—and she has a track record to back up her passion. She implemented a new pricing solution for a large retailer that targeted a $40 million annual margin benefit by improving price margins and establishing stronger pricing governance. She built a platform for a medical device manufacturer to support a new product line that has generated more than $1 billion in revenue. She also helped a product company introduce consulting services, driving a revenue increase in excess of 30%.

She joined West Monroe from HCL Technologies, where she was a practice director for digital consulting. Her background includes both corporate and consulting roles. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University.
